TERMS of SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to all my terms.
PAYMENT
>| I will only begin work once full payment has been provided.>| Prices are non negotiable.>| Rush commissions can be provided if you require it but at a surcharge of US$20 for all commissions.
WAITING TIME and PROCESS
>| Commissioners can expect to wait an average of but not limited to; a few weeks, to a few months. Please do not commission me if you cannot wait.>| I accept rush commissions but please dm me about it first and at least give me a minimum of 2 days before you need it! I still reserve the right to decline if I feel I am not able to commit to a rushed commission.>| All works will be done under a first-come-first-serve basis, but I have the right to bump up other commissions if they have paid for the rush fee.>| You will receive a sketch of the work to approve. If there are any changes you want, please state them as I am more than happy to accommodate changes!>| I will proceed to work on the final if there has been no reply after 72 hours!
REFUND POLICY
>| Please contact me if you would like a refund.o Full refunds will only be entertained if no sketch has been done.
o If the sketch has already been sent, refund price will be half of the price paid.
o If the full piece has been sent, NO refunds will be entertained.
CREDIT
>| You will receive both a clean and watermarked version of your commission.>| Please use the watermarked version if you are posting your commissioned work(s)!>| Tagging me is optional but highly preferred!>| You may choose to print the final commission for personal use (Feel free to tag/send me pictures if you do!)
COMMERCIAL USAGE
>| All prices are for non-commercial, personal-use only.>| +100% of the price of the commission if you would like to use my work for commercial purposes.>| Commercial use includes but are not limited to; PNGtubers, stream assets, panels, overlays, promotion, merch, etc.Please ask if you are not sure!
AI RELATED
>| Commissions from me are NOT to be used for any sort of AI related learning or training.>| I do NOT create works for AI training/learning, and all my works are drawn by me.

"Can I order more than one commission?"

>| As long as I have not begun sketching your commission (dragged your name card to the "Working On" tab on trello), you may request a change of character at any time, no additional costs required! :D
>| If your name card is already under the "Working On" tab on trello, I can still change the characters for an additonal $10 fee as I have already begun the sketching phase.
